So far I've enjoyed most of the products. There has just been one major issue that needs to be looked into which is customer service. Especially for customers ordering from outside UAE. There is a whatsapp number provided but the responses are too slow. This is one factor which has put me off a couple of times from ordering. I've already ordered well over 50 products.
