Our shipping charges varies depending on where you are. We also offer free shipping once your purchase reaches certain amounts.

When will i receive my order?

UAE

Once your order is processed, you will receive your tracking number via email and SMS.
Delivery within the UAE typically takes 3–5 days.

Other GCC Countries

Saudi Arabia & GCC: 7–9 days

Kuwait: 10–14 days

Other Countries
International delivery usually takes 5–10 days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Our perfumes are 100% hand-made by our in-house chemists. We formulate the perfumes as soon as we receive your orders. We mix, bottle, and pack them with as much precision and accuracy as possible. We are committed to providing high-quality products. Thus, we make sure the products we offer are prepared in highest possible standards. 

With this rigorous process, kindly allow one (1) day after order has been placed to fully prepare the products. Once done, we dispatch it to our partner couriers for delivery.
