Order not fulfilled

I had to contact customer service to inquire about the status of my order. Customer service was very slow in responding. They provided a tracking number that could not be used anywhere to track the order. I had to contact them again to ask for the status of my order. I was assured that the order was prepared and would be delivered the next day. However, the next day I received a call saying that the product I ordered was out of stock and they offered a replacement. I declined and requested a refund. The money was returned within two weeks.
