Refund & Exchange Policy  - UAE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging/box. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once your returned items are processed, your refund will be transferred to your account within 14 days. Please note that delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

You are responsible for the cost and safety of the goods until they reach us. For your protection, we recommend insuring the parcel for its full value and keeping all delivery records.

Please include the original invoice inside the parcel and quote your order reference number in all correspondence.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Customs Duties & Fees

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country.
If the customer refuses or fails to pay the required customs duty, we reserve the right to deduct all applicable customs charges, return shipping costs, and any related fees from the refund amount.

Refund Options

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Buyers will receive their refund within 7–14 working days after the returned items are processed.

We currently offer the following refund method:

Money Back (same payment method used at checkout, whether PayPal or Debit/Credit Card)

Incorrect Goods/Faulty Product Received

We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact care@parfum.ae immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return.

Order Cancellation

If you have not yet received your order, please contact care@parfum.ae as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.

Please note that if you have decided to cancel your order and your order has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods so we can process your refund, the whole amount of the order will be refunded to you excluding shipping charges.

Exclusion to the Policy

Discounted items and Items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

During a promotional period, cost of shipping may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out.
