Disconnected User Experience

Hi Team,

You have big potential to become pretty much wide adopted in UAE, loved your product that I have purchased however customer experience is pretty much disconnected and was frustrating first time purchase that might push new customers away despite the product was good, which are: 1- product was not shipped on time, and when it did it showed aramex delivery but was never picked up, and was delivered by a random shipment company. 2- customer experience response when was inquiring about the shipment time why it was taking more than 4 days already to see any status of progress, was absolutely horrible. 3- packaging could be more personal or elegant a bit.
